CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy —————————————- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the total service price Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule. In this case, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, as the full service can no longer be guaranteed. Severe Weather Policy ————————————- Skinbarre will close in the event of Level 3+ snow emergencies. If this occurs, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment for a later date at no charge. Deposit Policy ———————— All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable and secure your appointment time. Deposits will be applied to your service total.
